Hello, I am an Adjunct Faculty Member in SFSU's Instructional Technologies
M.A. program. I am preparing for a class I will be teaching next semester:
Diagnosis and Needs Assessment techniques for Training Strategists and OD
professionals.

If you have any examples of tools you use or any philosophies, or actual
questions (i.e. survey, interview, focus group, anything!) you use, I
would love to get a chance to enrich the students with real world
examples. You can forward them to me directly at Samiam2@mindspring.com.

Any tools, questions, or tactics you use in the course of getting
information for the sake of developing training is sorely needed. I want
to make the class as "Real World" as possible.
