LO Msg Numbers... Mixup LO16983

The last few msgs were distributed with LO numbers 16746-752, which are
out of sequence and duplicate numbers on msgs distributed a few days ago.

The sequence numbers 16975-981 are missing entirely.

No... You don't want to know the story, but it involves just one extra
keystroke typed by me last night. Just *one*! That's what I get for
staying up late. My apologies.
