Hello, Subbarayudu--

it seems to me that you are describing a transition that Michael Hammer
writes about in his book, "Beyond Reengineering." He describes moving
from "task-oriented" to "process-oriented" organizational structures. I
have some experience with the ideas he has described, but not on a
particularly significant scale. You may, however, wish to look at his
book.
