Thank you for a very intelligent essay. It does a lot more to further the
dialogue about diversity than the usual polemic we engage in. I think we
are sufficiently polarized in this country that we do not need to lob
salvos at each other anymore.
It is far more valuable to speak, as you did, in a way that allows others
to see our humanness--and our shared dilemma.
You choose to focus on the solution. I am with you.
