I'd like to introduce myself to the members of the discussion group. I
work for Oil and Gas Consultants International (OGCI) in Aberdeen,
Scotland, as an Organisational Learning Consultant. I support the OGCI's
Organizational Learning System (OLS(tm)) (See http://www.ogci.com for
details). My main areas of interest are in motivating people and teams of
people to participate in organisational learning.
I'd also like to announce my own organisational learning web site
(http://freespace.virgin.net/a.cripps/homepage.htm, then click on
"Building and Sustaining the Learning Organisation"). This site contains a
research paper that I worked on during 1996 and 97, concerned with
motivating organisations to become a learning organisation and stay that
way in the long term. Please feel free to look at this site, and make any
comments or suggestions - either to this discussion group or me
privately). It also contains links to other sites which may be of
interest.
I look forward to participating in many discussions in the future.
Regards,
Andrew Cripps
