My style is to focus on helping get the results the client wants, and not
on encouraging the concept of LO. Of course, I use LO ideas along the
way, but the focus is always on the client's goals.

Once you get some success in achieving the client's goals, then you have
credibility you can use to make LO relevant and understandable in the
client's terms.
