Friends, I have finally stayed in one spot long enough to find the bottom
of my desk. I wanted to thank all of you who helped me in my search last
month for a particular article by Edward Lawler. In particular, thanks to
Brigid Bechtold, Tony Barrett, Joe DiVincenzo, Ury Gluskinos, Dr. Juan
Robertson, D. Campbell and our host, Rick Karash.

I was amazed by the speed in which I received help, particularly when I
had Dr. Lawler's name wrong and the article was of 1980's vintage. Just
shows what can happen when you reach out for help in a learning
organization.
