I'm taking a little poll. Answer any or all of the questions as you see
fit or have time for. I appreciate your participation.

Please list your top five recommended books on management, leadership and
organizational change and transformation published within the last five
years, and the reasons why you selected those five out of all the
available titles on the market.

List the top five books in the same genre you believe that top managers
are actually reading (the best sellers). Why are they reading these
particular books?

List the five most influential books in the same genre; these are books
that consultants, leaders and managers have absorbed and put into practice
within organizations. Why are these books so influential?

Are the most recommended, popular and influential books distinguished
primarily by (1) subject/content, (2) style/treatment, (3) a unique
metaphor, (4) readability, (5) format, (6) supported by supplementary
products such as videos, multimedia, training manuals, etc. (7) effective
marketing and promotion, (8) other:(specify) or some combination of all of
these factors?

I'll release the results of this informal poll as soon as I can. Thanks in
advance.

Steve
