I have seen the expression
"Nobody ever washes a rental car!"
in a variety of contexts, and now Scott Simmerman has offered it here in
his commentary on leadership.
I have never been offered a rental car that wasn't clean, so does the
expression mean that:
1. Engineers have designed cars to be self-washing
2. All car cleaners have been eliminated from the workforce
3. There is empirical evidence to support the theory of diffusion of
responsibility
4. Shit never happens
5. Any/all of the above ??
