I am Head of School of Foundation Studies with responsibility for
Inclusive Learning at Calderdale College of Further Education in Halifax
UK.

I have been given the brief to make recommendations on the development and
implementation of college-wide individual/personal learning plans.

Any/all information relevant to this topic would be appreciated. Need help
please! ;-)
