just had a couple of questions for you, regarding your posting.

why do you want to create a "world class training culture?" what would
this culture look like, if you could describe it? is this desire or
vision or purpose shared by other staff (especially those who you would
train)? if you don't mind answering these questions, it might be easier
to provide you with some coaching.
