Don't miss Peter Senge's "The Fifth Discipline" (arguably the "Bible" of
learning organizations), "The Fifth Discipline Fieldbook" by Senge and
others. The Fieldbook also gives plenty of wonderful ideas on related
books to take you further in your studies, including "Theory in Practice"
by Chris Argyris and Donald Schon.
