My name is Ina Graf, Dipl.-Kfm., lecturer at the University
Erlangen-Nuernberg, Germany, Dept. of Business and International
Mangement.

I'm doing research in intercultural conflicts and business ethics. At
present I'm trying to develop an approach to the settlement of cultural
conflicts by intercultural understanding and learning of organizations.
What I'm interested in most is the question if there is any theory or
approach of organizational Learning/ Learning Organizations in an
intercultural context. What does organizational learning mean in an
international context?! In a foreign culture? How can ethical topics
(norms, values etc.) be subject in the learning process of organizations?
