Why a learning organization? LO18461

I have found that when one seeks to look at the population in a true
learning organization the answers seem to centre around several themes.

1. the joy of keeping in 'touch'
2. the engagement of life
3. the management of leadership "if there is such a position"
4. the idea of fullfillment
5. the fruitful creation of thoughts and positions that you and I have
never considered

The only way that our world will succeed into the 21st century is by
helping each other thrive and helping each other learn....
