Dennis,
How do you make these distinctions?

Climate = org. personality, Culture = patterns of behavior
Climate = biases, Culture = assumptions
Climate = hopes, Culture = beliefs
Climate = feeling tones, Culture = artifacts

This is very confusing to me.
