As I see the topic, your company?s strategy and structure must be
supported by these values. These values must help strategy to develop and
achieve the key objectives (ROE, profits, efficiency,...). So, Core
Institutional Values must be integrated in the operating polices (required
to implement strategy) of your organisation. You may need:

? A clear identification of the top managers with these values.
Based in facts and behaviours, not only in words.
? A group of people with especified profiles to meet the values.
? A communication system according to these values.
? A professional development policy which contributes to foster
your core values.
? A performance appraisal which includes an evaluation and
follow-up of the deployment of these values.
? A reward system (variable pay, bonus,...) which encourages your
own values.

The final objective of these meaussures is to build a shared
vision and culture by the mayority of your employees. These
culture must reflect the Core Institutional Values.

Jose Martin.
