Rol--I just wanted to point out that sometimes when people speak about
"trust" they are referring to the trust they have in you to keep your
promises; their trust in your integrity or fairness; their trust that you
are a principled person. I suspect that those people with whom you work
may mean that kind of trust when they say that they trust you.
