I am writing an assignment on Maslow and Hertzberg. I have to
differentiate the difference between them. I know nothing what so ever
about them and I need a starting place and a general overview of them
both.
What I have to do is show and understanding of the two models. So I need
a blurb on what they are basically.
Secondly I need to show how they are used within the sales environment and
give examples and references.
I need to talk mostly about the models relating to motivation and discuss
the relevance to a Sales Manager.
