In the book Life of the Mind 3 parts to thinking Thinking, Willing, and
Judging. If we can get out of the world of appearances which we can by
doing certain tricks and visualizing models in head vice the
subjectiveness of "I really don't like the person",etc. and filling your
head with negative judgments that get in the way of dialogue toward
process improvement. If would like synopsis of some quality models I use,
