Dear Tom,

Highly insightful learning can occur as a result of self assessment. I am
using seven published self assessments to Strengthen Interpersonal Skills.
The instruments focus on Team Role Preference, Conflict Management,
Problem Solving, Thinking Style, Communication STyle, Listening Profile
and Character/Temperament. The instruments provide information on the
basic style which exist and this empowerment occurs as the individual
increases self understanding as well as they styles of people with other
profiles. All the information is straightforward and the participant can
understand styles without professional interpretation although discussion
typically provides further insight.

This program is marketed as
Self Assessment Learning Empowerment
The results are awesome.
