I'm an MBA student at Boston University and our team is doing a project on
finding best practice companies in the entertainment industry in the areas
of learning and sharing knowledge. Does any one know of any such examples
or where I could find such info?

We are also researching ways to measure the success of such programs. I'm
also interested in information, books, research, and insights into this
topic of metrics of learning as well Thanks.
