A reminder that government-funded educational, training, and learning
diagnostic tools, courses, and manuals are available to US educational
institutions, businesses, government agencies, non-profit organizations,
and individual citizens at no cost to recipients through an interactive
website operated for the U.S. Department of Energy Carlsbad Area Office by
the Westinghouse Electric Company of CBS, Inc:

http://www.t2ed.com

Current offerings include a 1,200-page, 31-module self-paced management
training program; six needs assessment tools, including a 360-degree
leadership assessment instrument; two grantwriting courses; and a transfer
of learning evaluation model. To obtain the materials and non-exclusive
intellectual property rights at no cost, please complete an application
online at the website. Once your application is approved, we will send
you a password and an ID allowing you to download your requested materials
in a variety of word-processing formats. This program is part of the U.S.
Federal Government's technology transfer initiative to ensure that U.S.
taxpayers receive maximum return on investment for federally-funded R&D.
