Hi there from Germany,

My name is Peter Schulz, I am 32 years old and I just started a new job as
a knowledge engineer in a consulting company (700 employees in Germany,
about 4000 worldwide, headquarters in France). A part of this job will be
introduction of knowledge management in this company. Right now I am
writing a draft concept which I am going to present to the senior
management on Nov 30th. Therefore I am hungry for everything that deals
with KM and org. learning processes.

I hope that participating to the learning-org mailing list will be
generative for me and every thread I will contribute.
