I believe before we can look at spirituality in the workplace we have to
simplify the workplace. What is the actual work that is being done? What
interactions are taking place.
My view on spiratuality is that an organizational community has general
principles for interacting and that each of us interacts with his or her
thoughts and emotions. Looking at each of those interactions and being
both truthful and compassionate with your colleagues and yourself is a key
to sustaining both personal and organizational growth.
