Hello, my name is R. de Rode and I'm a student at the Utrecht
University in the Netherlands.
I'm in the final phase of my studies and my lecture is about Laerning
Org. I read a lot about the L.O. but after processing a lot of the
information there are a few (i.g.lots of) questions.

-What is the most actual trend at the moment in the field of L.O.?

-What means L.O.in practice?

-Who are the most meaningfull authors at the moment?

Well, I hope to get an answer or an abillity to open a discussion.
