Hi LearnOrgs

I am a Professor at St. Clair College in Windsor, Ontario Canada on
sabbatical and studying organizational learning. I am a member of the
Midwest Society of Organizational Learning based in Souteast Michgan (I
understand this is the only fractal apart from the original SoL at MIT).
I have taken a four day "OL Awarness Course", am now enrolled in a
graduate course on OL, and have read the Fifth Discipline and the
Fieldbook.

I find that OL technology encompasses a lot of my areas of interest and
expertise. I do training and consulting in creativity, creative problem
solving and interpersonal communication outside of my normal teaching in
the social sciences. I have also studied NLP. OL is a nice meta
structure that includes all of these things and more.

I am nearing the end of my career at my College (early retirement) and
have begun the shift over to doing more training and consulting after I
leave. I am a dual citizen of the US and Canada, having live about 55% of
my life thus far in Canada. I do work both in Canada and in nearby
Michigan.

I have a client who is interested in delivering instruction in OL over the
internet. Anyone out there doing this right now? I am also interested in
locating community colleges that have adopted OL technology (or are in the
process of doing so).

I look forward to meaning more LearnOgs out there in cyber space.
