Hello all. About a year ago there was discussion on this list about how
people undertake their own reflection about situations in the working day.
My PhD question is basically: 'How does facilitation affect the process of
groups working to become part of a learning org?' The groups are using
action learning & will evaluate their own progress as well as evaluating
the effect of my 'facilitation' (although that's not really the right word
as the groups are predominantly self-directed).

Part of this process is that I will be reflecting upon my own
performance/behaviour after each group & plan to do it in a diary format
at the end of each day. Some members on this list had some good ideas
about set format or prompts they used to reflect on their own experience
that worked well for them. I'd appreciate your suggestions please.

Thanks
Dianne
