Yes, we are a nonprofit learning organization. The Center for Quality of
Management (www.cqm.org) was started as a mutual learning organization
about ten years ago and are still growing and developing. Peter Senge
once called us the best example of a learning organization he knows. We
have three branches: Education (to provide the common language and
establish baseline knowledge), Networking (putting people together to
learn from each other, individually or in groups through seminars and
roundtables), and Study Groups (pragmatic "research" teams working on
topics of interest to identify things to do and nail them down in detail).
