Ditto to Vana. Perhaps we forget, not an unusual human characteristic,
those lessons we learned in the past when something new (or that we think
is new) comes along. Regardless of the potential ROI to the organization,
if extrinsic value can not be demonstrated, then intrinsic value will not
survive. Even in public and non-profit organizations. The leaders of the
organization must buy in, and at least one, very high in the leadership
arena, be the champion.
