Very interesting question. The answer is yes, but I can [not] give the
citations just now. I can however recommend a look into the internet and
searching for Navy and Army research items. Of note should be materials
coming from a Eduardo Salas from the Naval Training Systems Center.

I would personally be interested in finding out more about your
organization. Hoe does it form effective leadership teams?
