JD's right! KM is looking after stale milk.

Creativity (the exact opposite of the obvious) is the fuel derived
from the desire to learn (or is it the other way around?).

LO's are about environment. Conducive to learning. Sharing.
Giving. Mentoring. Growing. Making mistakes and surviving. Healthy
ratios of competition and cooperation.

KM is about capturing it, storing it, sorting it, and making it
available in some form of digestable bits and bytes.

People only learn what they want to learn. Therefore we must promote
the environment that stimulates in them the desire to learn.

People only learn when they want to learn. Therefore we must promote
the motives that they can absorb, believe in, focus on from their
point of view, and then use to stimulate their learning cycles.

Therefore KM must become about matching the bites and bytes to
people's desires and motivations to learn and grow.

How about that, Techheads?
