Replying to LO20769 --

Chris...I'd suggest that you peruse these fine source books...the first is a
reference book pure and simple and a good place to start. Finally, you may
want to read over The Prince by Signor Machiavelli himself. It's relatively
short (early Renaissance executive briefing paper).

Bass, Bernard M. Bass & Stodgill^Rs handbook of leadership. NY: MacMillan,
1990. ISBN: 0029015006
Gardner, John. On leadership. NY: The Free Press, 1990. ISBN: 0029113113
Rost, Joseph C. Leadership for the twenty-first century. Westport, CT:
Praeger, 1993. ISBN: 027594610X
Burns, James MacGregor. Leadership. NY: Harper & Row, 1978. ISBN: 0060906979

regards,

Doc

"If you pay attention at every moment, you form a new relationship to time. In some magical way, by slowing down, you become more efficient, productive, and energetic, focusing without distraction directly on the task in front of you. Not only do you become immersed in the moment, you become that moment." -Michael Ray
