Tichy, N. and Devanna, M.: The Transformational Leader, (1986) Wiley &
Sons, New York. Cases, Concepts and Change, also good references.
DePree, M. leadership in an art (1989) DoubleDay, New York. A wonderful
book, sais Peter Drucker, and i cannot agree more.
Also, i remember having read a book on Machiavelli for women by the
woman who founded and owns DoubleDay (Nice pun, double D. Didn't she
also publish The Fifth Discipline? Is there a coincedence or is it just
a small world after all)
Kind regards,
Jan Lelie
