In an assignment to bring together some of the better resources on Human
Resource Development, Performance Technology, Learning Organizations and
Knowledge Management the term Learning Warehouse was used. I wondered what
the meaning of a Learning Warehouse actually is in the context of
industrial training. Is it commonly used for a resource centre of training
materials or does it mean the warehousing of electronic information.
Information Warehouse might be a better term for what I am trying to put
together.

I would appreciate it if someone responded with a remark of his
interpretation of Learning Warehouses and may be even mention some
references.

thanks already for taking the trouble,

kind regards,
Gerrit Visser
