Developing LO for Malaysian Enteprise LO20900

The Asian economic crisis provides a painful learning experience for
organizations in Malaysia. I am researchning on how learning organization
phenomena could be developed to recover from the doldrum and spearhead
Malaysia towards the new millennium. I would be happy if anyone could
help me locate the necessary materials in the web. I would be happy to
