Replying to LO20886 --

Hi there. I lived on Ft Amador as a kid (1960-1963). Had several friends
that walked the Bay when the tide was out.

Will be glad to share my thoughts.

Measures of the culture can, in my mind fall into two general areas:

1. Social expectations. These should be visible any where in the area.
Panama, a very diverse culture, has many observable cultural expectations.
Look to those first (dress, mannerisms, routine) then then noter their
existance within the workplace. What's there, what's added, what's
missing.

2. Work expectations. Jod performance standards. These too are dress,
mannerisms and routine.

Then ask, what's desired and what exist overall.

If it is not broken, though, don't fix it.

>organizational culture. Any ideas?
