Hi Vana,
I use the term learning warehouse for the combination of the four
essential components of learning:
interpretation of knowledge
obtaining knowledge
distribution of knowledge
organizational memory
I use learning warehouse for the possibility, once you have these
components in order, to learn about the way you are learning. A bit like
deutero loop learning from Chris Argyris and the meta model of Watzlawick.
The term warehouse comes from IT, where it is used (sometimes) to provide
a personal dashboard for information retrieval for the user, who is no
longer bothered with all kinds of different information systems.
Kind regards,
Gijs Houtzagers
