This may not be suitable for the learning-org list, but Margret's last
exhalation suggests the role of the bodhisattva, someone who forgoes his or
her own enlightenment in order to help others achieve theirs. Are there
individuals who selflessly promote the development of mindfulness and
compassion in organizations? What happens to them? Is there a way to
identify them and encourage others to pay attention?
