Thanks. That's interesting. I had forgotten about that compliance aspect
on the part of the patient which does indeed, make it a reciprocal
arrangement. (Of course, I don't floss like I'm supposed to, either.)
Maybe there is no such thing as a purely one-way transaction? Harriett.
