Replying to LO21139 --

Nicole Vernon asked about icebreakers in Icebreaker LO21139 but didn't
share much context.

There are a whole BUNCH of exercises like this in the resources section of
my website -- some are done with LEGO blocks, there is one on anagrams,
and so forth. There are also links to a couple of websites that are
focused on such things in the "Exceptional Consulting Resources and Links"
page that appears on the Resources page.

It is hard to make a suggestion when context is not clear but I would most
strongly suggest that the exercise done has some direct linkage to the
missions / visions / goals and issues that this group is facing so that it
is viewed as a relevant and practical use of time.
