Hmmm. I think I want to clarify something. If we're talking about Toyota
in Japan, I'm pretty sure in _manufacturing_ Toyota qualifies as a
learning organization. As far as their white collar, marketing support,
and adminstration groups are concerned, they are further from being a
learning organization than one can imagine. If there is evidence to the
contrary, I would love to see it.
