Other question: would a true extrovert invest the time necessary to
participate in something like this list?

As an introvert (true or not), I like to be in myself, but I also like to
invite people to visit me and I love to share whatever finds my guests
interest, because it becomes richer from such sharing (its not like
money).

I like formal icebreakers. I think I like them because I am not extrovert
enough to take the chance to break ice while having coffee or smalltalk.
It is like being asked to come out and to get some guided light to have a
look at where I am, to feel a little bit at home with the others, without
which I would never be able to contribute something meaningful.
