Greetings again,

I was on hiatus from the list for some months to work with a group on
Knowledge Ecology (Rick Karash was kind enough to help us out at one
point by facilitating a valuable systems look at our efforts.)

[Host's Note: I enjoyed working with TJ and his group. ...Rick]

I also spent time continuing our Mind On the Job newsletter's work on
Leadership to which some members of this list previously contributed. We
took our original findings from our survey of leadership and asked 4
corporate leaders what they thought. If you'd like to see the fruits click
on:

Issue # 6 of Mind On the Job: Interviews with Leaders...

This was all in addition to designing participatory meetings and learning
for organizational clients which is why I had to take a break.

I just wanted to comment in rejoining the listserv as to my appreciation
of the value of LO for me, an appreciation that became clear in the
above work. I have continued to keep up somewhat in the archives but the
introduction of new ideas and contrary reasoning when on the list has
proved an important part of my own professional 'sharpening the saw'
over the last few years. Let this serve as a thanks to all. Sometimes
folks are so vigorously pursuing the points here they may not know how
fruitful their discourse is for others.
