I9ve decided to offer a public seminar which summarizes what I9ve learned
over the years about Engagement and Participation and particularly the
role of large group interventions in facilitating rapid change. I thought
members of this list might be interested. Below is a micro description.
For more information send email to gilsteil@gilsteil.com or see

Learn why, how and when to use specific whole system interventions to
bring about rapid change and commitment in your organization, at a new
seminar by Gil Steil Associates, June 21-22, in North Andover,
Massachusetts that we call:

"Practical Methods for Creating a High-Participation, High-Engagement
Workplace"

This seminar gives an overview of the leading large group change processes
such as Future Search, Search Conferences, Participative Design, Open
Space, The Conference Model and Real Time Strategic Change. More
importantly, it explains the underlying principles and how they free the
passions and energy of your workforce

Seminar co-leader Gil Steil has collaborated with the pioneers of large
group change processes - Fred and Merrelyn Emery (Search Conferences and
Participative Design), Marvin Weisbord and Sandra Janoff (Future Search),
Dick and Emily Axelrod (The Conference Model), and others. In this
seminar, Gil and associate Elizabeth Olson will share what they have
learned, from these pioneers and from their own experiences with clients,
about large-group practices and principles.
