I am implementing a Learning Resource Centre within a small group. The
reason for this is that the organisation I am working for is in the public
sector and has moved from the "Weberian" esque bureaucratic. That is to
say it has great inertia to change.
The Learning Resource Centre in our vision is a place where members of the
team (and eventually organisation upon success)will be able to:
* have a running skills profile
* get training to meet their needs, the projects needs and organisation
needs
* receive a store of material relevent to their work, such as links to
web pages, discussion threads, books, reports etc.
What are the other useful points to consider?
