I've enjoyed the past several months on the LO list, but it's time to sign
off. Next week I'm going to another state agency to head up its strategic
planning function. It appears they take planning, measurement, evaluation
and learning more seriously than where I am now. I hope to rejoin the
list in the future, but for now I need to focus my attention.
