Bill's right that leadership isn't dependent on technology. But consider
how FedEx uses broadcast video, its leader the star, to rally the company
(for instance during the massive Midwest floods of a few years ago), or
how the same company's instant package tracking put the emphasis on
service in a way that changed the rules. Enjoy, Bill, and let your mind
