I am very glad to participate in this list after 1 month of watching your
messages.
My first hobby is "Learning Organisation" concept while the second is
psychology.
I was President of an AIESEC Local Committee and I've tried in those years
spent in this association to move it to a LO. I was using as materials
"The fifth discipline" and "The ... Fieldbook". I also used Vensim and
Decision Explorer to build a material form of our models.
I've met of course a lot of inertia of the system and a lot of obstacles
like defensive routines, differences in perceptions and so on and I can't
say I passed them. But I'm happy that I saw and dealt with.
In psychology I've studied mainly Karen Horney, Freud and C.G.Jung and I
built system dynamic models about the inner processes in our mind. This
is only for representing me the theories I've studied combined with my
life experience in a systemic way.
Now I'm working at Reuters LTD. but also doing management trainings with
NGO's. I aim to become consultant or to have my own company and build it
as close to a LO as possible or to be a psychiatrist.
Since all the three alternatives are consistent with my two main interests
I will adjust my way in time depends of the opportunities.
If you have any questions to me you can send me private e-mails at:
Thank you for reading this intro and I hope we will have interesting
insights on the dialogues to come,
