After several years as a some time contributor, it's time for me to log
off, for now. I need a respite and time to focus on some new projects.
Last month, I embarked on a collaboration (with CapitalWorks and the
Institute for Research on Learning ) to develop a "Learning Effectiveness
Index". Our goal is to help companies better manage their portfolio of
learning activities for strategic advantage. (For details see
"www.capworks.com"). I am also working on a new book project as a sequel
to How Organizations Learn.
I'd like to thank Rick Karash for his continuous hosting and for the
members of this network who have contributed to my learning.
