God! You got me again. How did you know that my new Doctor at the VA is
a South African? That was an absolutely wonderful letter At. And one
that will take some time to reference but not all that much. You are
right about Orchestras and LOs or at least no less than Peter Drucker
agrees with you on that one.

John Gunkler has also asked about the form of LOs found within "repertory
ensemble" performing groups which is a part of what you are asking as
well.

I am awed that you would take the time to express your scientific context
to a non-scientist & with such patience. I will attempt shortly to do the
same for you in relation to your question. It is a highly technical and
complicated one unless one has the performance background. So let me
start this off with three questions.

1. Have you heard Senge's "Fifth Discipline" tape rendering of the book
as well as read it? Which end of the scale would you place the vocal
rendition, simple to complex? also the written version? And why?

2. Are you familiar with the books "Sensitive Chaos" and "Stalking the
Wild Pendulum"?

and finally:
3. When does two thirds equal a fifth?
